UMass Lowell commit Roc Truman traded by Cowichan of the BCHL to Camrose of the AJHL. Truman and brother Scout both headed to UML. Scout Truman off to 1-5-6 start in three games for Des Moines of USHL.

It's been frustratingly quiet on the recruiting front. Other HE teams continue to be active with MC, UConn, Maine (2) and PC (2) adding October recruits.

We have received three commits for 2022 and beyond this calendar year. To put that in perspective, NU had 5 in August alone.

Clark Kerner can be removed, he's playing at Norwich.
I haven't been able to find any information on where Aidan Harper is playing. I wonder if he's injured?
 
Aidan Harper is definitely a mystery. He signed an NLI in 2019 which typically means he would have been on the roster by now. Going from USHL to NCDC to not playing is a bad sign. I am not counting on him to join the team.

Scout Truman and Nick Rheaume look like promising offensive contributors, which will be needed as I am not expecting Andre Lee to return. I had hoped that Owen Fowler would be key offensive contributor as well, but so far he hasn't done much at the USHL level. Doesn't look like there will be much offense from the incoming defensemen. I'd love to see more commitments soon. Concerning there has been little news since coach Pagliero left. The only commitment we've had since his departure has already left the team.
 
The lack of news here is definitely concerning. No team in Hockey East has fewer recruits than we do (as Bob has already noted). No one has fewer for 2023 (or beyond), and about half have at least 10. Hell, LIU has 4 for '23 or '24.

It looks like Owen Fowler is heating up. He has 6 points (3-3-6) in the last 3 games. He was also named the 1st star in both games this weekend.

I wonder if Ben Brunette is injured? He hasn't played since 10/22/21, missing the last 7 games for Waterloo.

The Elite Prospect site is showing Daniil Dolzhenko as playing for Yastreby Omsk U18 of the Russian U18 league this season. No stats listed.

A recruit in the house last night? I noticed a young man walking around the Tsongas with a Dubuque (USHL) jacket on.

A familiar name, Roux Bazin is now playing for Jamestown (NAHL) after playing 3 games with Cedar Rapids (USHL).
