UML offseason looking towards 2010/11 season

Re: UML offseason looking towards 2010/11 season

I saw where Nick Schaus had two goals for the Sharks team in the young guns tournament in BC last night, any one know how the other D are doing? Really going to miss those guys this year, but I think the hawks will be ok. Maybe Blaise will have a different aproach to how he coaches and not be so micro managing.

Jeremy Dehner made the Jokerit squad in Finland after training camp. Bob Ellis sent me a link to a highlight video of a goal he had the other night: http://tinyurl.com/254v6sz

(It's a little slow to load at first and it starts with a 20 second commercial)

Anyone know if it's too late to order season tickets now that they've started selling single game tickets?

Re: UML offseason looking towards 2010/11 season

So we are a week away from the first home exhibition game. I have been driving by the Tsongas lately and it still seems they are working on the new club seating and everything. You think the whole thing will be fully finished in time?

Re: UML offseason looking towards 2010/11 season

Has anyone received their season tickets yet? It seems they have changed the Sections at Tsongas from letters to numbers but is that enough to delay the arrival of tickets?

I'm looking forward to Sunday to check out the team and the improvements to Tsongas.

Re: UML offseason looking towards 2010/11 season

It appears the exhibition game is free. Is that true? Cannot wait to catch my first college hockey game of the year on Sunday regardless.

You should be able to get your season tickets at the game Sunday.

UMass Lowell is proud to announce that it will once again be printing limited edition commemorative hockey season ticket booklets. To receive the commemorative booklet, fans must purchase their tickets before Wednesday, August 18. Fans who meet the deadline will receive their booklet at the UMass Lowell vs. St. Francis Xavier exhibition on Sunday, October 3.

From the Warrior Rink Rat:
Defending NCAA champion Boston College was tabbed by the Hockey East media to capture the regular season title in 2010-11 in the first ever poll of the Hockey East Writers & Broadcasters Association.
No surprise, Lowell was picked for 8th place.

Just an FYI ... started up a new thread for the season itself ...

I'll also be starting up a new recruiting thread ... in the next week or so. I'd really like to have more news on that side!
