In the last two seasons, Merrimack is 0-18-3 on the road in Hockey East. 7-27-3 on the road overall. What makes Lawler Rink so magical?
Illegal dimensions
I wonder if they brought those illegal dimensions with them, cuz Lowell looks lost again in the first period.

Ugh. I feel like I just watched the same game two nights in a row. At least they escape the weekend without a loss and it's on to Duluth. Hopefully they'll remember how to shoot and score next weekend and stop the overpassing and trying to set up the perfect shot.

Sour grapes
If def seems smaller, perhaps the low ceiling? Regardless, SOMETHING makes it hard to play in.Interestingly enough, according to Hockey East Online, Lawler's dimensions are 200 x 85, the same as Schneider, Alfond, UConn, and (surprise!) Tsongas. But then again, maybe the guy that counts the shots on goal is doing the measuring!![]()
That would be Mack's team D. They are very good at stifling the highest powered offenses in their own building.SOMETHING makes it hard to play in.
Was Campbell a healthy scratch tonight?
