UMass Lowell 2014-2015 Season: The March to March Thread II

Re: UMass Lowell 2014-2015 Season: The March to March Thread II

Many schools are on break this week. UML is on break next week.

Maine's Devin Shore leaves college immediately after their season ends, leaving with one year of eligibility left. The departures have begun.

Were the students on break last week like most schools, or is the Tsongas going to be absolutely dead this weekend? P

The school it's not kicking us off campus at all this year, and dining halls are staying open. Perhaps this could talk some into sticking around at least for the weekend, but it hasn't been well publicized.

It was also pretty dead for the Vermont series, been a weird year it seems for student attendance in general

So, do we get a TV game?

From the Mack Report site.

NESN has picked up Game 2 between Merrimack and Boston University, now set for Saturday at 4 p.m.

The game will be the first of a Hockey East doubleheader on Saturday, with the Boston College-Vermont Game 2 following at 7 p.m. The Boston Bruins also have a 1 p.m. game scheduled for NESN at Pittsburgh.

NESN will also broadcast a Game 3 of the Hockey East Quarterfinals on Sunday, as long as at least one of the series goes that far. A potential Game 3 would be broadcast at 6 p.m., and the priority list is as follows:

1. Vermont at Boston College
2. Merrimack at Boston University
3. Notre Dame at UMass Lowell
4. New Hampshire at Providence

The headline was so bad I assumed Scoggins wrote it.

Jesus... let it go. I've never met Chaz but he seems like a good person and doesn't deserve the bromides.

Will only be able to make the Friday night game, but have to think that Lowell's in a win this weekend and you're in the NCAAs position. Or if not, at least very close to it.

Re: UMass Lowell 2014-2015 Season: The March to March Thread II

Anyone excited for the weekend series?

It's gettting a little quiet in here...

I'm jazzed up!! Hoping for a balls to the wall start to the game not some playoff jitters-tentative-playing not to make mistakes BS.
