I'm quietly chanting "plane legs". When did the Seawolves leave ANC? I know that they'll have had the option to go earlier since school is out.

Seawolf Fan I flew into Chattanooga as have cousins who live near there and had a real southern "New Years" they took me to a new Years party unlike any I have been to. I took off my shoes and socks as didn't want to be rude and over dressed. I had more teeth than all the locals put togather and enjoyed some real home cooking they started off with Armadillo on a half shell and they went right in the main meal of Squarril and dumplings ,Possum stew, and Raccoon steaks. they loved it more than me. I stopped at a beverage store to at least buy some drinks to buy some local beer butAs Suze said on the blog we need a sweep this weekend, however this is a much improved Charger team when compared to last year and we all remember what happened last year when we expected to come in and walk over them. AH has been playing Christmas tournaments and we've been home drinking eggnog so there's that. I have every confidence we can get the sweep if we come prepared to play 60 minutes each night. It will be interesting to see what lines Coach puts out Friday night.
It's a great day to be a Seawolf!
See you at The Crossbar
Except Alaska Hockey who will be enjoying the balmy Alabama weather.

all the local beverages were in mason jars. I decides to just buy some cheap beer so i woundn't be too out of the place as I am a Yankee down in there parts. Had a good time but I think the boy's from_airbanks would of fit in more than me. Heading to Huntsville Friday . See me at the game.
You don't get "plane legs" going east only west. that why UAA will only play teams to the east.
Jay Beagle will most likely suit up for his second Winter Classic tomorrow.
Not only is he playing, he is on the 1st line with Ovy
Has been all season.
Yeah Beagle is a fourth liner but Trotz has moved him up (I would guess to provide defensive cover for Ovy).I've watched most of the Caps games on cable, and Beags has been a 4th liner. A week or so ago his coach switched him to the first line, and the first line guy to the fourth line. The announcers made mention of it numerous times that Beagle was moved to the first line. Beags himself says he is a 4th liner. Have you been watching the Caps games? You've got me scratching my head here.
Join other Seawolf fans at The Crossbar for todays game at 4:00pm
See you there.
I'm so, so sorry that you're having to listen to this clown.

He was hilarious. "And sooooooooooo ... Anchoragejjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj ... gets the puck in the Charger zoneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" ... meanwhile the play has been in the UAA end for ELEVENTY-TWO seconds. And then with the .... "Wooooooooooooooo, that was close" .... calling a hockey game with a southern drawl is a bit of a disadvantage to begin with if you ask me.

I actually like Bruce. I got a chuckle out of him last night. Drygas was being pretty negative about Mott and the "crackerbox" arena that Ferris plays in ... he was really ragging on them ... Bruce interrupts him and says "And to our Ferris State fans listening in, Happy New Year. Eric Drygas would like to wish you a Happy New Year". Made me laugh right out loud. One good thing about WCHA TV, I got two games for the price of one!
That guy that does the Aces game gets pretty excited...almost blows out my tv speakers when they score a goal...
