Actually, there are fans who would love to see the team at the Farg. It would need to be expanded, something UAA says can't be done due to the age of the facility.

UAA's recent success shows up in the rating and then in the model going forward. Three weeks ago, they looked like a .270 team. Now they look like a .380 team. That's what the run that they're on does. Their chances of making the playoffs look a lot better not only in terms the standings but a reasonable estimate of them going forward.

Any model does better with more data, and that's why things get updated after every game (although I haven't been publishing them after every game night, but I might tomorrow.

I was just saying that to hubby. Crazy close games tonight! Nice to see us get the OT extra point. Tomorrow's games should be interesting.

A person, on his own time, creates a computer model and posts it to a blog he runs, again on his own time, and you call him a troll? You're just being an a**hole.

Let's try that one again.
I could care less what someone does on their own time, on their own computer, posting to their own blog.
I have not and did not visit HIS blog.
I do read this thread which happens to be a UAA thread in case you haven't noticed.
When someone associated with another WCHA team takes HIS blog and wants to come on this thread and diss OUR team it's called trolling.
You appear very loose with your labels.

He posts in everyone's team thread on the board. You just don't like it because he doesn't fall into your "ZOMG IT'S A GREAT DAY TO BE SEAWOLF!!1!1! TEH BEST EVAH!" view. It's ok to have a little fun in the response like Suze but to be a straight up a**hole and say "don't post here again!" is stupid.

I'm now aware that because someone posts to every thread they aren't trolling however if someone posts to only one or a few they are trolling. I guess he should get a pass for whatever he chooses to post on whatever thread he chooses.
Thanks for straightening me out on that.
Not only must I be stupid but apparently my memory is failing as I don't recall posting your quote "don't post here again".
In the future I'll be sure to check with you before posting anything so as to avoid being "stupid", "a straight up a**hole" or let my memory fail me again.

Doyle has tonights lines posted on Twitter. I don't understand why coach keeps messing with the lines? They played so good the last two home series. Duwe is out. One of the twins is out. Amantea is in, he didn't play last night. I thought he and Duwe had good chemistry last weekend. Sigh. Hope the new lines gel, but this may not be the time to be experimenting.

If they keep playing like this, they might still make the playoffs. And again, this is going to be one of those teams that nobody wants to play.
