Suze, seriously — what's the problem with posting this? You'd be fine with it if UAA were regularly favored to win. Are you mad because you're usually seeing me pick UAA to get dropped like a bad habit every week? Let me assure you that it's just as little fun for me to do it for UAH.

And Squarebanks, the math is the math. I don't put my thumb on the scale.

UAF fans, I'd say something but considering UAA hasn't won anything beyond a playoff series in years it's kind of pointless.

Huntsville is about to lose, which I think guarantees UAF a playoff spot as neither UAH or UAA can now mathematically catch the Nanooks this weekend.

But that's still good news for UAA as they could move up to 8 if they sweep and UAH loses again tomorrow.

On the flip side, if we tie either night then UAA stays home, with or without the trophy.

Here's a juicy scenario to think about: if the game tonight is tied after regulation, does Thomas pull Mantha in the OT to go for the win? Two points does UAA no good...they need three tonight to have a chance to extend their season.

For UAA to be in 8th they also have to dodge LSSU and NMU getting a point tomorrow night AND sweep UAF.

Yes, our coaches have shown they don't give a flying fart for the Governor's Cup. It's playoff or bust.

Teams frequently start two goalies against us, we usually get wins against the lesser goalie.

Jenks beat UAA back in December while Jones is 1-1 against the Seawolves. Just surprising as Jones has played pretty well in the second half and Jenks hasn't played since the Norte Dame series at New Years.

If UAA plays 60 minutes instead of 50 they could've won. Lazy moments killed them.

Great rivalry game, tomorrow night could get ugly. Mullally, Kozun, and Mitchell only got 2 minutes during their scuffle at the end of the game. Hubbs was everywhere on the ice, Mantha stopped what we could and stole some, Mitchell continues his tear.

Can we get it done tomorrow, I really don't know. We show flashes that we can hang.
