There was a lot of dust in my eyes when Clara talked to William Hartnell.

What's your take on where John Hurt's version plays into the timelime? I'm thinking he's the first being in the line and what he did was so bad that he became Hartnell's Doctor that tried to set the universe right after what he did. I think it would be too easy to just say he was the "Time War Doctor." Moffat probably has something lined up to keep us guessing.

CBS is pre-empting tonight's season finale of Mike and Molly because of a similar storyline to the Oklahoma City tornado.

The only thing I'd watch of Taylor Swift is the inevitable sex tape.

Very disappointed with how Hawaii 5-0 ended this season. They kept implyling a member of the team was going to be killed off. A little disappointed they didn't have a storyline which included that.

Sorry, but isnt that like saying you were disappointed in the sauce for your McNuggets? If you were looking for good writing and a compelling story line, isn't there a better show to be watching?

IIRC the preview said the team would go from four to three. Didn't say anything about one being offed.

The whole opening sequence was ridiculous. Big car chase, dump Kona and then it's all good, carry on.

Yeah, right

They implied that in the first season too, and it ended up with the Governor getting killed.

Two theories;
1. He's the Doctor from the Time War. Yawn.
2. He's the evil Doctor between the 12th and 13th regeneration who showed up as th Valeyard in the 80's.

Really hoping they do something with the Valeyard since it's been 27 years.

Yeah, right

Say anything about being offed, no. But it sure was heavily implied. It was the natural conclusion to jump to seeing all the promos

You might be right on that one. Lately I pretty much tune out after the opening sequences of girls in bikinis. Maybe a car chase or action sequence gets my attention briefly but that's about it.

Only problem with the second theory is how can 11 know what the Valeyard did if he's before the Valeyard version of the Doctor?

This show enjoys playing with logic to such an extent that I'm sure they'd figure out a way...

Back in 2007, there was a show called Drive, yet another show given no chance by Fox. I only just recently learned of it and watched all 6 episodes that aired. So good, so much potential. It's a complete shame that it wasn't given a real chance. Just look up the cast and you'll immediately see the potential it had.
