Goliath on Amazon Prime. Halfway thru season 1 and Billy Bob does not disappoint.

Today on the Andy Griffith show

When I lived in NC TAGS was carried by three different local stations and I swear it was always on one of them at any given second. It was the state's pulmoventilateur -- if there was ever a break in the signal everyone would have collapsed.

Today's episode was about the hipster in a sports car that got busted for speeding and spent the weekend in jail except for Sunday dinner at Aunt Bea's. memorable dialogue

Hipster: "Don't you people swing?"
Barney: "Yeah, we got swings, we just don't use them on Sundays"

Looking forward to Instinct next Sunday on CBS. Looks like my kind of show. Loved Elementary and Person of Interest and it looks to have that kind of vibe.

Try Mindhunter.

This.

Binging Jessica Jones, have 1 ep left for S2. Mid season took a HARD left turn, it's off the rails, but in a good way. Curious to see how this season ends.

Also, about 1/2 season left before I completely finish The Wire series. Pretty mad about how they completed the Omar storyline. Lazy. Really lazy.

Re: TV: There She Is, The Old Radiation King

That's not lazy. That's life in his world. Lazy is having everyone come out all ok and happy in the end.

I don't know about you, but that scene left me almost physically ill.

Gonna white out the next, even though I probably don't have to:

Omar and Marlo needed a showdown. Some random little kid, one who actually ISN'T one of the many that runs around saying "Omar is coming, watch out" when he walks down the street, is gonna pop him? For what? What is the reason?

Yeah, but like he said. That is real life. That **** happens.

Legion starts back up on April 3rd. Need to order the first season so I can catch back up.

bbdl, you still need to watch that show. :D

Don't rush it. Don't binge it. The episodes are fine for shock and awe but where they really work is the ideas and the subconscious. They are freaking deep. It's like they asked Wittgenstein to write a TV script and he had Sartre and LeGuin write a couple guest episodes.

Re: TV: There She Is, The Old Radiation King

I don't recall if I asked this before, but is anyone else watching (or have you watched) Money Heist? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt6468322/

As its English title suggests, it's essentially a "heist" limited series, with a basic premise of eight criminals, each with a different area of expertise, and led by someone known as "the professor," plan and implement a heist at Spain's National Mint. Basically, the plan is to occupy the building, holding hostages, while they print unmarked Euros.

I'm eight episodes in and I'm thoroughly hooked.

The series is in Spanish, which I do not speak. They have an english overdub on Netflix, but I always hate that, so we've been watching with subtitles. My only criticism of the series thus far is that the subtitles can come fast and furious, and they jump around. One sentence they may be at the top of the screen and the very next sentence they may be at the bottom.

But it is a great show, imho.
