I forgot who posted it at the end of S3, but he said that someone asked him if someone died at the end of the finale, and he said "One body, two souls". Jesse is made to self-destruct or rise above it and come out on top. I'm curious to see which.

Yep. His appeal at first was knowledge of the actual business, which Walter now has. He has little use now except as an accessory to the story. And right now, him wasting money IS indeed hilarious. I agree with that point.

Where did Jesse get the gun? Anyone remember? I agree that if they found his prints they would have picked him up right away. So someone else must have loaded the gun.
