Sorry to break off the current topic... does anyone know if they're going to finish up the Scrubs season or has it finally been pulled for good? I haven't heard anything and it's been off the air for quite a while.

No news. But I do know that it is not on in the next two weeks, either (so says my DVR). This season turned out better than I thought it would, and I would hope that it comes back on the air.

Looking at the listings on IMDB, it appears that "The Middle" is sitting in the Wednesday 8:30 time slot, with Modern Family at 8 (repeat) and 9. On Tuesdays, Dancing with the Stars is still holding a full hour, so until that (finally) ends, it's unlikely that Scrubs will be putting out new shows.

P.P.S. That episode inspired me to start incorporating the Top Gun hi-five (a.k.a. "the windmill") into my repertoire of greetings. :D

America on History is good so far, as is Into the Universe on Discovery. Sunday Night TV just got a lot better.

It's definitely biased to portray America in an almost overly positive light since I started watching. And several faulty generalizations about freedom and rights without pointing out some of the extreme hypocrisy like the declaration of independence being written by men who owned slaves.

History Channel's 'How The States Got Their Shapes' was pretty good.

That was pretty interesting, the Eerie Canal changed a lot more political geography than you'd ever think.

Also, I found the Fort Blunder part most interesting. :)

Well, now that Breaking Bad is on, I've switched over. I'm sure the History Channel is going to replay these as if they were on par with "Planet Earth" in the coming future.

I have to keep a running count on the Rudy 9/11 references. I heard one 9/11 reference in this episode, but it wasnt Rudy.

Of course its going to be positive. We won :p

I don't have anything against the aforementioned people, I just don't think of them as historians.

Considering how important 9/11 was in the history of this country I'd say a couple of mentions are necessary. I just hope they are in the late 20th century before they start to really mention it...
