TV 20 - Sorry no fancy title

That isn't it. I loved American Gods. Sandman is so lame the only quality of Gaiman it has is his pretension.
Funny because nothing is more lame than comic/superhero shit to me and my sister and we both really liked the Netflix adaptation

(Tho I consider gaiman to be actual author who writes novels and not someone that farts out superhero dreck)

Thats funny because in the comics at the time there wasn't really a place for Sandman so it was part of the main DC line. As such some characters from the DCU showed up especially the Justice Society of America which was the original version of the Justice League. (the original Sandman character was a member of the JSA back in the 40s) In the comic Morpheus (Dream) dies and the son of Lyta (short for Hyppolyta who is sometimes Wonder Woman's mother and a member of the JSA/Infinity Incorporated) and Hank Hall who was Hawk in the JSA Daniel becomes the "new" Dream. He still shows up from time to time. He is similar to Morpheus but doesn't look like Robert Smith of The Cure ;)

Lots of other characters show up like Swamp Thing, Constanine, Martian Manhunter, Lucifer...sometimes it is weird but usually it works. In fact the TV series Lucifer is (very) loosely based on the Lucifer comic that was a spinoff of Sandman. That was a fun series!

I always knew my 2 years working at a comic shop would pay off somehow :)

Finished the bear season 4

It wasn’t bad, but overall didn’t love it. I’m getting tired of the “ummmm” “ahhhh” in so much of the dialogue- spit it out!

Still a good show, not sure how I feel about the news that another season is coming

I enjoyed it for whatever reason. I get what you're saying about the dialogue, but I did appreciate that the incessant bickering at the top of the lungs by 8 people at a time was toned down in 4. Also to me I felt the character development was sublime.

We are 5 episodes into season 4...maybe partially into 6? The first 3 were great but episode 4 was a slog and a half. I am just over the whole "will she take the other job" nonsense. Its just boring...her character just goes in circles. (I assume that is about to change after the phone call she just got)

Some of the stuff is getting predictable...but i can deal with it if the story flows. For the most part it does (way better than last season) but the show does seem to be losing steam.

I liked 2 (that I can remember) 3 was the worst in my opinion. Thing is though, I dont remember much and neither does the SO. It feels so different.

Season 4 dipped in the middle and it kind of cuts off in a weird place. I feel like another episode would have been better.
