TV 20 - Sorry no fancy title

Penultimate episode of Somebody, Somewhere so good.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a show where the actors look so normal. Sam, Joe, Fred- no one is what you’d call conventionally attractive and it makes it so real
 
Anyone use Apple TV? My Roku is starting to get up there in age. Still works well, but specifically for YoutubeTV the hardware cannot handle their latest upgrade so it's not getting the best picture available. Debating between getting the newer Roku or Apple TV box. Could always just use the native channel apps, but those are known for degrading rapidly in quality as the TV gets older and the software updates push it to the max.

I have two Apple TV boxes, one is a few years old and the other is new this year. They perform very well, and the new one has never had lag or downgraded video. If you have an iPhone, you’ll like them. If you don’t have an iPhone, it could go either way. Their newer models have updated remotes that use more buttons than before, a real break from their minimalist/simplicity interface design theory.
 
Thinking back to the diplomat- I think they squandered a big opportunity to do the funniest thing ever- make Prime Minister Rory Kinnear have sex with a pig live on tv

I have an old one and am planning on getting a second. They're pretty brilliant. Are they worth the premium over a firestick or Roku? That I can't say.

Agreed on all accounts. The buttons were a nice addition. The old touchpads are terrible.

The touchpad was really my one reservation on it after using an older generation one at a relative’s house. But I just pulled the trigger and got Apple yesterday after the only con in most reviews versus other boxes was price. Seems superior in every other aspect. Going to set it up tonight.
 
Both Dune Prophecy and Get Millie Black have their season finale's next week. Both have been phenomenal. I hope Dune is able to continue for a number of seasons after this one.
 
Yikes on bikes, Yellowstone’s ending makes GOT seem like a masterpiece. I’ve never seen such complete degradation of a show. You know Sheridan can’t write women but his constant casting of himself as a rich cowboy who spends his days playing strip poker with girls in their 20s is one of the most maniacal things I’ve ever seen

also, I couldn’t even make it thru trailer for Meggy and Harry’s latest Netflix failure, polo. Who the fuck is watching that??? How relatable
