So by losing citizens thus receiving less tax revenue, Minnesota would make money? I'm now even more saddened that you will be teaching kids soon, at least it won't be math though.

I can see the headline now:

Less people for NoDak to provide Welfare, Unemployment to...

While MN has more people to provide for. More taxpayers seems to be doing little good.

so what you are saying is Minnesota is home to a bunch of derilect hobos that sap the money from the state? Sounds like a great place.

Brian I actually read somewhere where North Dakota has a Billion dollar surplus.

Yeah, I remember reading a different article that said something like a $2.46 Billion surplus...but the WSJ article referenced the $700mil, so I left it at that. :)
