Got our split and I am happy. For how each teams played it seems fair to me.

I really thought the Sioux were gonna run away with a sweep but once again they choke and collapse when having a 2 goal lead.

That game-tying goal by UMD....I'm pretty sure the puck hit the netting above the glass behind the goalie. Puck should've been whistled dead. =/

It did. I was screaming for a whistle and then watched the play develop so I will take it. I would have been upset if I were you guys, but there were 3 other times in that game where it hit the netting and they let play continue. Very poor eyes by the refs. That almost needs to be handled by the linesman since once the zone is gained they have nothing else really to do.

One other question, is Kristo always a goon like that? His penalty in the 1st period you could see the second he came on the ice to head to the face off he was jawing and you could tell he was going to make a run at someone and did on Jack Connolly. I am very shocked yet shouldn't be that the refs evened up the penalties there. That was as blatant of a cheap shot as I have ever seen.

Yes. He honed his skills mugging old ladies in Eden Prairie, including Nick Leddy's grandma.

Thanks, glad to get some confirmation that it did indeed hit the netting.

And as to your inquiry about Kristo the answer is no. Apparently what made him get angry and frustrated was because of something Dylan Olsen(or it might've been the other Olson?) either said or did to him. Cause whatever he said or did to Kristo, Kristo went right after him.

That's fine to go after Olsen, but the fact that his next shift he took a blatant run at Jack Connolly was a joke. I still can't believe they didn't give him a 5. There was definite intent to injure there. If jack had been 2 feet closer to the boards he would have been hurt I am sure.
