So Trump wants to go home every weekend to his cushy bed instead of staying in DC, which if allowed will cost taxpayers millions of dollars over the normal protective detail costs assigned to safeguarding the POTUS.
I guarantee this fu##stick thought the job would be a breeze and is now dumbfounded that it will actually require effort. I'm reminded of Will Ferrell playing Jr. Bush and possibly my favorite all Ferrell/Bush lines: "Presidenting is hard!"

They'll fly in on weekends though in Trump's private jet. And of course they'll need Secret Service protection, which means the SS will be paying Trump money out of their budget to fly in his plane.

Last I read, Trump was planning on flying home on weekends. Apparently Presidenting is a 9-to-5 job, Monday through Friday. Only. Not sure what "calls/tweets he'll answer at 3am" with that kind of a schedule.

The lesson for me this cycle was not middle America nor was it overwhelming white support for the GOP - Hillary wan just 37% of whites and 31% of white men. But rather how white liberals punch way above their weight in the national dialog fooling even the polls. Coming from white media, entertainment 'elites' and educated, white liberals make it feel that half or even more of whites are democrats. None of that is for real.
You're the POTUS, I say do what you need to. IMO low on his long list of horribleness.
