Well, I'm jealous.

My brother's FB status is "Going to Sturgis." The bike he's riding? 2001 Minneapolis custom. 175 horsepower with nitrous.

I guess the bike was literally built from the ground up, and it was pretty much a debut/first time motor that the custom guys used.

He doesn't think so. And (and holy sh*, as I'm typing this as I'm talking to my brother) he started a feud with the Hell's Angels, they blew up his building and then narc'ed on him, so he's in jail.

Apparently, he was with the MC for a bit, left, then started crap with them. They torched the place, then when that was being investigated, the authorities were told to look a little deeper into the books. Oops.

It's a really nice bike, and I'm told there will be pics forthcoming.

Phew! I would think your brother would have enough sense to not mess with HA.

I do want to see pics. Customs are not my style, but I still appreciate the workmanship that goes into them.

Actually, I dunno if he has ever even seen an HA. I have, unfortunately:

Took a shortcut through a biker bar to get to the back entrance of another bar; was accompanying a lovely lady (not my gf; was hoping to rectify that).

Guy grabs her boob. Not subtley. My head whips around, looks at him (about 50ish, a tad smaller than me). I see the patches. I turn my head straight ahead, and simply say, "Go." Yeah, I knew. And he knew, too. Prob the best decision I ever made.

Don't judge, but I have done this. Mostly because it's a night that I'm just out with my friends and I'm not looking for any of that. Sadly, sometimes even a big fake rock isn't a deterrent. (Neither was my real one back in the day, either...)
