At my bachelor party back in August, I drank a six pack of Bud Light......to rehydrate. Literally, no water at the cabin. Pump went out. Other than that, it was three bloodies and a half dozen pints of Summit at the golf course, most of a .750 of Crown and (according to the receipt found in my pocket) four old fashioneds, 2 Tanqueray No.10 gin martinis and five or six other assorted beers. I'm not sure what I drank after bar close back at the cabin, but I was apparently the last person around the fire pit drinking, and I wasn't CLOSE to right until sometime Monday evening.

If there's a quality golf course out there, I could write it off as a business expense. And that USUALLY still golf season, so......probably.;)

I was just in Marquette this past May......stayed at the Landmark Inn. Nice place, great little bar!

I'll bust out my second biggest night of drinking, then:

Santorini's, discounted drinks that night (I dunno why, could have been the size of the group, most of us were regulars, dunno). Started off with Balvenie 21YO. So I'd remember it. Sometime during the night I got a free (comped from Santo's) a 32oz blue Long Island. GAD, but it was free, and I was sailin' at the time. $300 bar bill for my bro (who had about one drink per hour, since he was DD), my buddy, and me. My buddy and I, for the last 3 hours of the bar part of the night, had Jack shots delivered every 20 minutes or so, in addition to the VT's I was having.

The three of us went back to my apt for an afterbar, and killed 2 liters of booze, a twelver, and when the sun rose, we finally decided that we needed to crash, if only because we all worked the next day.

That's a night I won't do again. Unless MN wins the F4 in Mpls soon........;)

The worst night ever: My buddy found out his slut of girlfriend was cheating on him. He sat down on the opposite couch from me, put a liter of Windsor on the table, and we shot it 'til it was gone. Bottle of Bacardi Limon? Wash, rinse, repeat. Half of a bottle of Cuervo? Gone. An 18 pack of Bud Ice Light (I kinda miss that stuff;) ) took us about 45 minutes to finish. That was followed by two bottle of red wine we had been given (borrowed) from a wedding party at Glensheen. And then topped off by.......wait for it.......a 20 year old bottle of black licorice schnapps that his parents unloaded on him when he turned 21. Which sucked awful.

The next day at work (Glensheen), the manager called in sick, making my buddy the manager on duty. His first order of business was to send me home due to the day most likely being slow. His second order of business was making another kid MOD and sending himself home. We found a huge pile of 'chuck in the kitchen sink from the night before, but couldn't remember which one of us did it.:D

Serves you right for having your bachelor party in Minnesota.

Or Wisconsin. Whatever.

And if you've never drank a 40 wrapped in a paper bag, you've never drank. It's something everyone should do. ;)

And, get this, it stayed cold while I was drinking it because here in the first world we can make ice with water provided to us by our fancy-schmancy indoor plumbing. :D

To be fair, if you drink enough of anything you'll get screwed up. I was finishing a night with cranberry vodkas (after a lot of other random booze) and wound up blacking out.
