My favorite part of Wisconsin is some random bridge near Hayward that goes over US-63 and has "SPOONER SUCKS" in massive, black spray-paint letters on it.

I hate US-63, since it has approximately no passing lanes and the drivers are, well, from Wisconsin. That bridge is funny though, because no one from Spooner bothers to disagree.

been to both. I can deal with Ohio; I didn't find it all that bad. West Virginia, it is what it is...good rafting there though.

Ok, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana are dumpy, I hate Georgia for the most part, and Florida, outside of the Keys, Tampa, and maybe Disney World just sucks. But in terms of a state that has a ridiculous ego problem for no reason, Wisconsin is worse than all of them.

I lived in a dorm at NMU called Spooner. It does suck. Must be the name.

On average....MAYBE. But Wisconsinites are from WI....therefore, the average WI would HAVE to drink to accept that fact. But MN's best vs WI's best.....I beg to differ.

I'll cite Christmas weekend a couple years ago (Xmas Eve was on a Sunday, for the record). A WI buddy, a MN buddy, and me (a MN) decided to have a Bender Weekend, fueled by the holiday and the fact that WI buddy's car died and he was furious.

By the end of the weekend, MN easily outdrank WI on a 1:1 basis. At one point, WI was literally passed out at the bar (we okayed it with the bouncer!!!) on Xmas eve, while MN partied on for another 2-3 hours, dancing with the ladies, etc. (we happened to find a bar that was packed, catering to the Jewish crowd, for obvious reasons).

It wasn't even close, and I dare say that each of us had enough to kill 3 horses each.
