Oh definitely. The place must be a godsend if you're on an extremely tight budget. $4 + tip for dinner and a beer? That sounds excellent. Will have to tell my sister if she gets placed in Brooklyn.
I was gonna ask what limitations they placed on the pizza order to get it for free - since no restrictions would obviously lead to people asking for ***loads of toppings.Oh definitely. The place must be a godsend if you're on an extremely tight budget. $4 + tip for dinner and a beer?
Edit to add: Here's a photo of the aforementioned beer and pizza, though it should be noted that toppings are a dollar each so this was actually a $2 pizza.

It's 85 degrees out at 1am. W T F?
... and used it to buy bacon, we can only hope?I found a magnet yesterday that said "I heart bacon." I didn't buy it because Mr. wore Black took all my money from my stash.
Or beer?... and used it to buy bacon, we can only hope?
Or beer?
Whats the difference between a blond and a washing machine?..........when you throw a load into the washing machine it dosen't follow you around for a week.
Work the full day. Getting done at 6:30 or even 7:30 still leaves plenty of drinking time. What's the difference between a blonde and a noodle? The noodle doesn't necessarily squiggle when you eat it.
And I probably have a difficult decision to make tomorrow:
1. Work the full day (until 6:30 minimum, although with the holiday coming up, I'm guessing the day will be done at that time) and keep my 3.5 hours OT
2. Probably get out of work anytime after 3pm, and lose the OT.
The extra money would be nice, but so would getting out that early. Small detail, personal preference: if I have a chance to leave at say, 5, I'd probably decline, since it's more worth it just to finish out the day. I'd rather go all or none.

Edit: BPH: I see no traffic. I take side roads to/from work, 10 minute drive or so.
I mother****ing hate you right now. I live in blaine, commute to woodbury. **** near every north/south mile I travel is single lane.

Next time, be smarter and move closer to work.
This is actually longer than my old commute (same employer): 3 minutes.
