Re: TRP: Blizzards, Bacon, and Beer

around 10 degrees or so, if I bundle up, I do fine. I also own Drymax socks, which keep my feet ridiculously dry and warm. Invest in some. You won't regret it.

And you'll be back on it real soon. Don't you worry. ;)

I wouldn't expect anything more from you

Re: TRP: Blizzards, Bacon, and Beer

I now have a complete cold weather running gear set from Under Armour. Even so, when it's 0 degrees, it's still too cold out. :(

When did you become a pansy? ;)
Remember playing outdoor hockey when it was -20 out?

Re: TRP: Blizzards, Bacon, and Beer

She's the one everyone hit on before you and SiouxTechie showed up.
Oh. Well, I can see why you would prefer to hit on ST & I. ;)

And by "everyone," you mean you, and you alone.
Nope, her "reign" overlapped with my posting a little bit. We even got in a few fights (purely territorial, I'm sure). I remember more than just DL hitting on rSTD.

Uhhh... it's called "outside". That's what I did. Then again, I did get special attachments (for lack of a better word) to give my shoes better traction in the snow/ice.

Yaktrax? Those things are awesome! I have a pair...got a pair for my mom after she took a digger down the stairs this year...partly as a joke, but mostly because she's now deathly afraid of walking in any bit of winter-ness.

Next time I'm thinking about going to Popeye's, could someone please remind me that I wind up feeling sick afterward every time I get food from there?

Thanks for reminding me that I need to invest in a new balaclava, a pair of nice socks, Yaktrax, and a pair of "winter" shoes. Got a big race on New Year's Day, and it will be run regardless of conditions, so I'd like to be as prepared as possible.

The thing htat isn't so great about Scotch is that it makes you pretty bad at Wii Fit.

The thing that is pretty great about Scotch is evertyhing else.
