Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

1. I don't get it.
2. Unpossible. Wait, was he gay?

For #1, I kept getting yelled at by parental authority, because apparently the fridge is for food and not beer. I had half the fridge filled with beer at one point.

For #2, He isn't gay! It was the owner of the bar and also my husband kept giving them to me. Mr. wore Black gets to see them later anyways. ;)

1. Ok, half full I could see as a potential problem. Grab and refill, I say.
2. Ah, that does explain it. Maybe. :p

The half full fridge incident, the beer was gone in 2 days. No one went grocery shopping 4 days after I filled the fridge with beer. Thank goodness for frozen pizza.

Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

This trip can take place any time of the year, gymnastics season seems like it would be a good choice. I was thinking fall, but a January trip would work too. :D
Plus we could see if this synthetic pheromone stuff works (the gymnasts have to go somewhere after their meets, dammit).

The crazy thing is Georgia draws 10k people to their home meets. That's right - there are women's gymnastics teams that equal/surpass the attendance of most of the WCHA men's hockey teams.

Floors must be sticky after they get over....

Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

So they make Mich Golden in 16oz'ers now. Got through 5...I heart beer.

Just came out.

And I'm still mad that Grain Belt Nordeast is on backorder throughout the area. Estimated time to hit the stores again is about 1.5-2 weeks.

Says the guy who's fridge was 3/4 full of beer the last time I was over. :p

Awesome. I'm in, I just need to save some money. We need 2 more to make the trip.

If you all had suggested the trip to Georgia last year, I'd be in. For very different reasons, I actually like watching gymnastics.

Re: TRP: Betty Humpter

Huh. Found out my cousin (who's in the Navy, and is probably making this his last tour, and going back for college) is getting married this June. Oh, and he's gonna be a dad.

I'm attracted to gymnasts *and* like watching the sport. Some of the participants (particularly for the top programs) are former olympians. Unlike the olympics, they actually fill out and look like women once they reach the collegiate level thanks to slightly less rigorous training / dietary control. Strangely, none of the NCAA regionals nor the NCAA championship were televised (although the conference tournaments were - I was able to see the SEC, PAC10, Big12, and Big10).

BBDL - my roommate likes watching the gymnasts as much as I do, so he'd probably be interested in going as well - although our original plan I think was to attend the SEC championship since there's 7 teams competing in that (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, LSU, Arkansas, Kentucky, and one other one whose name escapes me).
