I've also noticed that Hilton is really skimping on service since COVID, so I guess I'm not that surprised. All the chains have made cuts, but I feel like I hardly ever see an employee at their properties anymore, especially after dark. Conrad's probably spinning in his grave.
 
The last several Hamptons we've stayed at have been remarkably bad relative to what they were pre-covid. Maybe we're just getting the turds, but I see new and fully renovated properties in other chains and ask "why am I paying for shitty blinds that don't roll up all the way, terrible pillows, breakfast that closes at like 930, etc?

Did you happen to see Paul scheer (Andre from the league) creeping around uptown yesterday? Drop dead Fred is a movie they featured on his “how did this get made”and because it was filmed here, Paul went to the house used as the primary residence and took selfies (it’s near lake of the isles)

I did not, but funny enough I apparently missed rubbing elbows with Mike Tyson in the Detroit SkyClub tonight by about 15 minutes.

There’s a supremely nasty cold going around that has a decent chance of settling into both your head and chest for weeks. I’ve been hit with it and good grief. I hurt my admittedly fragile back in a coughing fit, not happy. Hope you avoided it.

Oddly she wasn't coughing or sneezing. SHe just looked extremely sick and barely had any energy. Came back from the bathroom with a big wad of tissues. I was thinking it's the flu...
