They still have a pre-nup to the best of my knowledge. There have been rumors that he re-did it after the news broke, but nothing concrete.

Remember when this first happened and everyone was speculating how if it was due to him driving drunk it would hurt his reputation. Ahh, simpler times.

Just think...if he hadn't been the arrogant ***** he usually is and just had told his story to the cops most likely none of this breaks! Now it is the gift that keeps on giving :p
