ATHLETIC REPUBLIC CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#10 KRISTINA LAVOIE, NEW HAMPSHIRE
(Junior Forward; Fonthill, Ont.)
Lavoie factored in four of the team's five goals last week with three goals and an assist. She recorded her first career hat trick with three goals in Saturday's 4-2 victory; she scored the first two goals of the game, as well as the tally that gave UNH a 4-0 lead. Lavoie also had a +2 rating with eight shots on goal on the weekend.
ATHLETIC REPUBLIC CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#1 KERRIN SPERRY, BOSTON UNIVERSITY
(Sophomore Goaltender; North Reading, Mass.)
Sperry made a combined 58 saves in wins over BC and Northeastern. She also recorded her first shutout of the season on Wednesday vs. No. 4 Boston College with 30 saves and 28 in the 3-2 victory vs. No. 7 Northeastern on Saturday at Agganis Arena.
PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
#21 AMANDA PELKEY, VERMONT
(Freshman Forward; Montpelier, Vt.)
Pelkey had two goals and one assist helping Vermont earn a split in its homeand- home series against New Hampshire this weekend. She recorded 10 shots on goal with a +2 plus/minus rating in the series vs. the Wildcats.
WHEA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#27 GENEVIEVE LACASSE, PROVIDENCE
(Senior Goaltender; Scarborough, Ont.)
Lacasse stopped 51 of 53 shots (.962 save%) in the weekend sweep of Connecticut. Lacasse tied and surpassed the Providence College record for career victories by a goalie with 59 career victories, one more than former Friar great Jana Bugden '07. Saturday's 2-0 decision was Lacasse's 17th career shutout, also a Friar record.
WHEA TEAM OF THE WEEK
BOSTON UNIVERSITY TERRIERS
The Terriers knocked off No. 4 Boston College by a 6-0 score on Wdnesday night at Walter Brown Arena and then followed that up with a 3-2 victory against No. 7 Northeastern on Saturday at Walter Brown Arena.

HOCKEY EAST WEEKLY TOP PERFORMERS
Kendall Coyne, NU (Fr., F, Palos Heights, Ill.) Netted her league-leading 22nd goal of the year on Saturday vs. Northeastern.
Maggie DiMasi, NU (So., D, Burlington, Vt.) Spearheaded a Northeastern penalty kill that went 6-6 on Saturday against Boston University.
Abby Gauthier (PC, F, Lynn, Mass.) Tallied two goals in Sunday's 5-2 victory over Connecticut. She also contributed an assist on Saturday.
Nicole Gifford, UNH (Jr., F, Ennismore, Ont.) Matched her career high of two assists Saturday, then scored the team's only goal Sunday.
Beth Hanrahan, PC (Fr., F, Poolesville, Md.) Tallied two goals in Sunday's 5-2 win at UConn, including the eventual game winner.
Taylor Holze, BU (Jr., F, Lynnbrook, N.Y.) Had three points against BC (1g, 2a) and had an assist vs. Northeastern on Saturday.
Jenna Lascelle, UNH (Fr., F, Cornwall, Ont.) Recorded three points, all on assists, in a two-game series vs. UVM.
Isabel Menard, BU (Jr., F, Ottawa, Ont.) She finished with three points (1g, 2a) in two games.
Lindsey Minton, UNH (Sr., G, Richardson, Texas) Stopped 49 of 53 shots for a .925 save percentage in a weekend split against UVM.
Jenn Wakefield, BU (Sr., F, Pickering, Ont.) Scored twice and added an assist over the weekend, including the game-winning goal vs. Northeastern
