So question for you fellow prognosticators :confused: :confused

The Hockeyeast website lists the Harvard-Northeastern game as a tie but Harvard won the shootout. For purposes of compiling our totals, how should i count this game? Tie or Harvard win?

I love the end of the season because the games are so unpredictable - which is evidenced by our low percentages! :cool:

Anyway, I went with the Tie for NU vs Harvard. Let me know if you disagree.

Scrambled.....Recording the Harvard NEU game as a Tie is the right thing to do. That is how it was recorded in the record books as well. Recorded it as a TIE in the ECAC pool.

On to this weeks predictions....As an ECAC fan going with the Crimson for the Beanpot tonight.

I don't play the prediction game, but the Harvard/ NU game should be a tie. That is how the NCAA views it for tournament selection purposes, and how it will go down in the record books...or more accurately Harvard will not be credited with a "win" (which it isn't).

(Junior Goaltender; Pointe-Claire, Que.)
Garcia recorded 76 saves (1.44 GAA, .962 save%) in the three-point weekend vs. Northeastern to secure home ice in the quarterfinal round of the playoffs. She notched a career-high 43 on Sunday in the 1-1 tie at Freitas Ice Forum.
