WARRIOR HOCKEY PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#21 LEXI BENDER, BOSTON COLLEGE
(Jr., F; Snohomish, Wash.)
Bender recorded her first career hat trick against the Syracuse Orange Saturday afternoon, helping the Eagles to a 10-2 win in their season opener. Bender's hat trick also marked the first multi-goal game of her career. The junior finished with a plus-two rating and added one blocked shot in the Eagles victory.
PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
#19 REBECCA LESLIE, BOSTON UNIVERSITY
(Fr., F; Ottawa, Ontario)
Leslie assisted on the game-winning goal in Friday night's 5-2 victory over St. Cloud State in Minnesota. The freshman forward then scored her first two collegiate goals the next night against No. 1 Minnesota, although the Terries ultimately fell to the Gophers 5-2.
WHEA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#30 MADISON LITCHFIELD, VERMONT
(So., G; Williston, Vt.)
Litchfield made 62 saves to backstop the Catamounts to a 1-1 split over the weekend, including her first-ever win over a ranked opponent in No. 7 North Dakota. The sophomore netminder turned aside 29 shots Saturday night in the win over North Dakota and returned to kick out 33 more against Bemidji State Sunday afternoon.

HOCKEY EAST WEEKLY TOP PERFORMERS
Emily Pfalzer, BC (Sr., D, Getzville, New York) - The senior captain finished a 10-2 win over Syracuse +7. Pfalzer also leads the team in points, recording six against the Orange on one goal and five assists.
Maddie Elia, BU (So., F; Lewiston, New York) - Elia finished the weekend with four points (1g, 3a), including two assists against top-ranked Minnesota on Saturday. Elia scored a power-play goal and assisted on another during the Terriers' 5-2 win over St. Cloud State
Victoria Hummel, Maine (Fr., F; Tulln, Austria) - Freshman forward scored her first career goal in overtime to lift the Black Bears over Robert Morris Oct. 3.
Amy Boucher, UNH (Fr., F; Edmonton, Alberta) - Boucher recorded her first career point with a goal at Ohio State Saturday. That unassisted tally tied the score 3-3 at 7:10 of the third period to help the Wildcats erase a three-goal deficit.

Alex Carpenter, BC (North Reading, Massachusetts) The returning Olympian scored twice and added two assists in the eagles 10-2 win over Syracuse after putting up 2-2-4 numbers last weekend in exhibition play
Sarah Lefort, BU (Ormstown, Quebec) The junior became the eighth player in BU history to collect 100 points as a Terrier, reaching the milestone on Friday against St. Cloud State. She had three points in that game (1g, 2a)
