Well, this is bound to provide a welcome distraction for BC fans. Phew. Well done. :)

In fairness, with Shannon Doyle and Kayla Tutino back as well as Poulin, BU are pretty loaded this year. Paige Savage is emerging as a force to be reckoned with for NU. Jim Plumer has a nice hat.

UVM does have a solid team though, so they have the potential to make some noise.
Finishing ahead of BC-type noise? I doubt that, but anything that can make Grant's blood pressure spike, if even for an instant, is worth posting. :p

Saying silly things like "Vermont is going to finish ahead of BC" won't spike my blood pressure, but this will:

Four firsts and three seconds for BU, four firsts, two seconds, and Hux's fourth for BC. All to prove! The HE coaches will be looking smart when BU hammers Minnesota in two weeks' time...

Heheh Tony - I didn't actually say anyone would finish anywhere. Just suggested that VT might have a good season, but I wasn't about to take ARM's delight away!

That said, I'm really glad Merrimack isn't in the poll. That could have been embarrasing:o

Reasonably tightly packed/divided between the top and bottom four....should make for some interesting results.

Which would mean not-so-smart if it should go the other way. ;)

I don't see UNH finishing atop the standings, so no, a "return to order" doesn't appear to be in the cards.
