WARRIOR HOCKEY PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#9 SARAH LEFORT, BOSTON UNIVERSITY
(Sophomore Forward; Ormstown, Que.)
Lefort collected 11 points (7g,4a) in three games, including a hat trick and an assist at Northeastern on Dec. 3. She then had two goals and an assist on Dec. 6, followed by a two-goal, two-assist performance the next day to help BU complete a weekend sweep of Minnesota Duluth. Lefort factored on all three gamewinning goals.
PRO AMBITIONS ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
#11 KARISSA KIRKUP, MAINE
(Freshman Forward; Virden, Manitoba)
Kirkup added three assists on the weekend against Brown for the Black Bears in the win and tie at Alfond Arena. She recorded an assist on the game-winning goal on Friday and followed that up with two assists in the 3-3 tie on Saturday vs. the Bears.
WHEA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
#29 CORINNE BOYLES, BOSTON COLLEGE
(Senior Goaltender; Wheaton, Ill.)
Boyles stopped 35 of 36 shots (.972 save%) in 64:33 to lead BC to a 1-1 tie at No. 5 Harvard on Saturday at the Bright Center.
WHEA TEAM OF THE WEEK
BOSTON UNIVERSITY TERRIERS
The Terriers won three games in the week, starting with a league victory on Tuesday night at Northeastern (5-2). BU followed that up with two wins vs. WCHA foe Minnesota Duluth, scoring 10 goals in the series vs. the Bulldogs.

Victoria Hanson, BU (Fr., G, Stoughton, Mass.) Made a career-high 33 saves on 35 shots against Minnesota Duluth on Saturday.
Brianne Kilgour, Maine (Sr, F, Hamilton, Ont.) Notched for three points (1g,2a) this weekend against Brown University.
Emily Pfalzer, BC (Jr., D, Getzville, N.Y.) Scored a goal at 18:33 of the third period to tie the game at 1-1 and force overtime with No. 5 Harvard.
Samatha Sutherland, BU (Fr., F, Cochrane, Alta.) Had four points (1g,3a) in three games. She had a goal, an assist (+4) in the win vs. UMD Friday.
Shannon Stoneburgh, BU (Jr., D, Pickering, Ont.) Had an assist in each of the Terriers' three games this past week.
Louise Warren, BU (Sr., F, Pembroke, Ont.) Tallied nine points (5g,4a) in three games, including two game-winning goals and two shorthanded goals. Warren collected a career-high four points on Tuesday at Northeastern.
