If Hillary wins and it's still open, she should nominate Bill. I mean, the stench from the bodies after the mass suicides will be bad for a couple months, but after that it shouldn't be too bad.

He's been stripped of his standing with the Court. Joking aside, could someone with Bill's stripped standing actually be nominated to the Court?

Sitting on the nomination in the Senate is a great way to get lazy liberals to actually vote if they don't "love" their nominee out of fear of Trump/Cruz etc. taking their rights away. So McConnell shoots his d!ck off in the first two hours. What else can you expect out of the man who made Obama a one term president.

As he should. Regardless of what the Republicans think, their partisan advantage is not a recognized Constitutional principle.

Saint Ronny's nomination of Anthony Kennedy was passed in his final year in office, 97-0.

I'll miss Scalia. I agreed with him maybe 25-30% of the time, but the SCOTUS lost its firebrand today.

Depends who BHO nominates, doesn't it? If he goes batpoop crazy then no. If he goes like a Kennedy, I'll cross my fingers.
