Credit bc for doing what they need to do but that was a dumb penalty by #15. And BU takes advantage and cuts into the lead...3-1 bc.

Ohio State and Wisconsin tied at 1 after a period. If they'd like to play 3-4 overtimes, I've got nothing better to do this evening . . .

OSU goes up 2-1 on one of the rare occasions they've gotten the puck out of their own end this period.

Buckeyes and Badgers tied at 2 after two. OSU isn't getting outplayed as badly as UMD did earlier, but close.

@CapCareyWDT: one oddity today. Elizabeth Giguere's goal was set up when she picked off a pass from Colgate's Shelby Wood just in front of the blue line. Wood is the same player Giguere skated past to score her breakaway goal in last year's national championship game

That play looked like it could have been offside but it was really close and ultimately it stood as a good play.

Northeastern early on is causing some problems for bc...still no score.

Good forecheck by Northeastern is still causing issues for bc.

Uh oh...Northeastern with the PP goal! 1-0 late in the first...

bc ties it up on the PP early in the 2nd period.

I'm watching a Cornell PP that is just terrible...

The Gophers were duped. Fault = ours.

We were lulled to sleep in a 'feel out' period. We were had. I sincerely hope that the Gophers get angry at themselves and get their act together.

The Gophers shouldn't be the same team as we were 3 months ago. Do they believe that is the question?

Cornell scores to make it 2-1! early in the third.

Northeastern scored an empty net goal but it was offside so still 2-1 with about 30 seconds left.
