The goalie for Slovakia plays at Bemidji State. I feel sorry for her, there's only so much she can do. The fifth Canada goal was scored after a referee blew the whistle on a penalty and they counted it anyways...

Its like watching some of the opening round games at the World Juniors. At least men's hockey usually goes 7-8 teams deep.

Another thing I like about blowouts: the strange conversations because there's nothing to talk about during the game.

Just learned some interesting tidbits from a seven minute discussion about Olympic pucks and NCAA rules regarding Wheaties.

I guess they violate the NCAA rules for endorsements. In '98 five players were left off the box from the USA Women's hockey team.

Yeah, the finals should be great, I think the US will beat Heil, it will be the one in first right now, the one from Vermont.

edit: I love it when they show the rail cam thing that follows them down the course, you realize just how damm fast they are going down that hill!
