Ok, then everyone can stop commenting on every play about Suck For Luck. :p

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Woodson gets a couple picks and spent that entire drive looking for #3 instead of playing defense.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

What a miserable weekend. Red Bull and Man City win and Captain Intolerant of the Broncos will be hailed as the second coming. Plus, the Dolphins are on step closer to getting Luck and making the Bills life a living hell for a decade.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Yeah, that's working well for the Raiders. Just threw a TAINT to the Chiefs defense.

And Crosby bombed in a 58-yarder for the Packers. 10 years from now, 63 won't be the record.

Did you see Prater's game winning 52 yarder? Ball landed like all the way up the net near the top of the goalposts...

He IS the "sexy pick" according to every moron on the planet.

Huh? All I know is he's the right pick when compared to Kyle Boller.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Holy hell. Now I know what MNS and BBDL were talking about :D :D :D

What's wrong with my statement?

I'm happy he's got faith and is proud of it. However, he doesn't need to say I'm right, you're wrong and the only way you will ever be right is if you think the way I think. If you don't think the way I do, then you will be sorry. Sure, you can say that God helped you won, but do you really think he's concerned about someone winning a football game. I'm sure he has bigger fish to fry at the moment. Besides, if Timmy wants to convert people, he should remember the old saying about catching more flies with honey than with manure. People don't like being told the way they think is wrong.

Am I missing something? When has Tebow ever done something like that? He certainly has a right to promote his beliefs, but I haven't heard him call others out as being "wrong", etc.

As for him as a QB in this league, he'll probably never have great stats, but he's a hard worker/smart and his teammates love him. It's about time he was given a fair shot at this.

Has he ever really said that though? Nothing like that immediately springs to mind, though admit I don't follow him too closely.

Even his Super Bowl ad, which everyone was so worked up about, wound up being so benign that it was laughable.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Yeah, I've never heard Tebow ever tell someone else what to think.

Aside from his beliefs, we should be happy there is at least one player who is doing things the right way. I don't think he will be caught on a love boat, DUI, whizzinator, etc.
