Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Does Brandon Marshall have a secret deal with Dolphins ownership in exchange for crap like that to ensure drafting Luck?

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

And unless Keller catches a late long one my 4 game winning streak is toast. **** Sanchez and his 2 TDs!

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Fortunately the Raiders came to their collective senses and have acquired Carson Palmer.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Damm you Reggie Bush.

edit: Brent, did you really only score 22 points in the USCHO fantasy football league last week?

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Hey, look at that, Revis gets away with holding/PI...that never happens
I can't believe Gruden actually pointed it out. Jaworski and Tirico didn't even know how to respond. "Uh, Jon, that's not in the script."

Yeah. Campbell and Felix got hurt, and two receivers got negative points. My team is terrible anyways.

I think what hasn't been discussed enough - though it is relatively early - is the veto power Luck has, even if a team does succeed in sucking for him. Could pull an Eli, or even go back to school for another year.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

The Vikings announced today that Christian Ponder will start his first game against the Packers. Gee, it's good they chose to give him his first start against such a weak opponent, to build some confidence nicely...

I've been hemming and hawing.

I'd wait another week. This is a pure sacrifice to the gods. He's gonna get murdered; I don't care if GB doesn't have a great defense.

CARSON PALMER HAS NOT BEEN, NOR WILL EVER BE, A "SEXY" PICKUP/DRAFTEE IN FFL. EVER.

Every *ing year. * you. He's terrible. And I've never had him on my team, so it's not a "I got burned" thing. I've heard this term applied to him every. F*ing. Year. And have just heard it twice in the last 5 minutes on the NFL Network. Trrrble. (c) Charles Barkley.

How do you really feel? :)
Only time I've ever won my league, he was my QB.
