Ozzie Guillen has some words for the Vikings.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

A Packer fan friend of mine sent me a text at halftime of the Lions-Vikings game that said "Your team looks good today!", I responded with "They'll choke it away in the second half". She came back with "Typical Vikings fan. Why can't you just have faith in your team?" I didn't say anything else until she sent me "Wow" after the Lions tied it. I simply said "Told you so". After the game was over she sent "I'm sorry".

There are reasons why I don't get emotionally invested in the Vikings...:p

Isn't that guy dead?

Don't kill my buzz, Buzz Killington.

Here's a clip from a live person.

So, from what I saw on the highlights, was Brady afraid of messing up his skirt on that pick 6?

The Vikings have just taken the field for the start of the 2nd half. They are pumped up and ready to get it started! Skol!

I typically hear two remarks from Packers fans. That either Vikings fans aren't loyal enough or they're stupid for being so loyal to a franchise that continues to disappoint. (Of course most Packers fans are too stupid to comprehend you can't have it both ways). Not disappoint as in, "We knew they were going to be bad" but rather, "We, the Vikings, are going to mercilessly tease you into believing something good is going to happen before Lucy pulls the ball away". I am still a fan and am dissapointed when the lose, but I too am to the point that it no longer ruings my day/week/winter/life. :)

That is where I am too. If I let the Vikings ruin my week, life would really suck. It seems like some people don't realize that you can be a fan of a team, and hope the team does well, but at the same time realize that the team sucks and probably will end up being a disappointment.

Re: The NFL Thread, Part III: What lockout?

Great success: Played Gronkowzki. Got 17+ points out him.

Failure: Sat Jermichael Finley and his 22+ points. Oh, and I sat Sanchez.
