We know it didn't work, the messed up thing is that was a potential loophole. A loophole in a law that involves f*ing animals. That's probably more disturbing than the actual act itself.

"Yes, my client f*ed a dead deer, but it's ok, because it's only illegal if he f*ed the deer while the deer was alive!" Uh, dude, you STILL F*ED A DEER!
