So wait, am I reading this right:
Although the law precludes family members or rapists from suing pregnant women, it does grant spouses, parents, or legal guardians the ability to sue physicians who perform the procedure for damages and obtain injunctions preventing those physicians from performing additional such procedures.

The woman can't be sued by rapists or family members. However, injunctions can be filed to prevent the abortion from taking place by anyone?

Is that right? If so, that's still horrific.

Yes. And that's just as bad. Back door law is what I would call it.

Well in Wyoming you're so farking unimportant they send the bills to whatever committee has some spare time, like the agriculture committee.

Oh, Wyoming...

There are only three counties in Wyoming that count:

1. Park contains most of the best of Yellowstone, but usually votes red, so I guess local ranchers really want to graze their livestock in those fields, and DRILL BABY DRILL for oil and gas. OK, not really that shocking.

2. Sublette. It has the best Dec-Feb skiing in the country, and therefore lots of transplants. Sorry not sorry, Colorado. :p

3. Albany has the U of Wyoming in Laramie, so given WY's population density - duh.
