Do referees usually outright shove players away? Ref probably sent one of the Portuguese back about a foot with a hand to the chest.

I was hoping Germany would start doing more lightning attacks or start blitzing Portugal.

It's one of the amusing things about soccer the way that at least half a dozen players will surround the referee, invade his personal space, and plead with him after a call. Imagine that happening in the NBA. The refs would soil themselves.
