That's impossible. That may be the ideal example of a low brow, middle brow, high brow triplet. :)

I know who they are now, after seeing the posts about them.

I have never watched professional wrestling...actually, hate it. Don't think I've ever seen any movie with Lee in it, IMDB says his most prominent roles are Lord of the Rings and Star Wars, haven't seen either. And I've never listened to that kind of music.

Count yourself lucky you've never heard Coleman. An example. I like good jazz, but find Coleman loathsome, and his example has served jazz the way Deschamp's Fountain served art, spawning a million hack imitators and destroying all gatekeeping standards of technical competence and beauty.

I find it surprising anyone who has seen much in the way of movies wouldn't have seen Christopher Lee in a movie somewhere. In addition to the Hobbit movies, the LOR movies and the 3 newer Star Wars movies, he was in 1941, Johnny Depp's remake of Willy Wonka, the old James Bond movie "The Man With the Golden Gun" and many, many more.

Yeah, I think I just managed to get by. I imagine there is a movie out there that I have seen him in, but not any that you mentioned. Haven't seen Lord of the Rings, Hobbit, any of the Star Wars (that's the surprising one)...I've seen the old Charlie and the Chocolate factory, not the new one, and that might be the only Bond movie I haven't seen. It's like I walked a minefield!

You really did. Check out his IMDB page -- he has 278 acting credits! :)

Other than The Man with the Golden Gun, the other movies I'd have bet you saw were the Hammer Dracula films, or The Wicker Man (1973 version with the lovely Britt Eklund).

Now I see he has an uncredited part as a spear carrier in the 1948 Olivier version of Hamlet (far right).

I need to check out "House of Long Shadows" on Amazon. Starring:
John Carradine
Peter Cushing
Vincent Price
Christopher Lee

Christopher Lee played Dracula for like 20 years. And I've never seen LOTR either...but I'm very aware that he was in all of them.

My favorite statement about Sir Christopher Lee via the tweeter is "Do you have kids? They know Sir Christopher Lee. Do you have grandparents that are still alive? They do too."

Amazing career that spanned seven decades. RIP.

Kirk Kerkorian, 98.

He only tried to buy Chrysler about 7 times or so.
