There were a lot of issues with the way he conducted the "experiment" for Super Size Me, and his later admission of chronic AUD certainly calls into question the medical results of that doc. That said, I don't think anyone whose IQ score is at least within the normal distribution is under the delusion that McD's food is healthy, or something people should eat all the time (not that that stops some). We also know that not all metabolisms are made equal, and some people can consume more junk with fewer consequences than others.
