The New York Times is reporting that Donald Trump told Chinese President Xi Jinping that it's up to him what China does in Taiwan. "He (Xi) considers it to be a part of China, and that’s up to him what he’s going to be doing."

The thing is, we know he thinks this stuff, but to say t out loud and to openly act this way is pretty ballsy. That it is cheered on by a not insignificant portion of the voters is why we are where we are. They like this because it feels like something out of a movie. They are entertained because they are too stupid to know why it is bad on the world stage and even for them.
