The Countries: Forget it, Burkina Faso, Michigan is still the worst.

Dump is claiming authority over the 1.5 billion people who live in the Western Hemisphere, 18% of the world population. The EU, Russia and India can fight it out for the rest.

Still smaller than the British Empire which ruled over 20% of the world's population.

So what does Cuba net us in the end?

Just more beaches?

It's not like their EEZ extends well out into the Caribbean and there isn't much that I can think of lying in the interior of the island...

Better cigars without tariffs, I guess. I don't know anymore. Nowhere in my studies of history and politics did I ever read about "What happens when a bunch of stupid, ignorant people take command of a World Power without real opposition ?"
