I might give it a whack depending on how my week pans out. Here's some references that I've found.
Toledo
Ohio State
Ohio U.
Bowling Green
Miami doesn't appear on the scene until the late 70s. Toledo's a head-scratcher though. They claim a bunch of championships of the MCHA, of which Ohio State, OU and Bowling Green were members, but none of their record books have any games against Toledo.
Working backwards though, it appears that Bowling Green currently holds it. With only 3 D1 programs in the state for decades, Miami swept both Ohio State and BG in 15-16, so they certainly would have held it going into the next year. They would have lost it to BG on October 29th, 2016. Bowling Green didn't play Ohio State afterwards, and Miami took the belt back the following year on Friday, Nov 24, 2017 and then lost it the following night. So Bowling Green will defend the belt against Ohio State on October 26th. Miami doesn't play either, so barring meeting up with Bowling Green or Ohio State in the NCAA, they have no chance to take the belt back for the foreseeable future.
