I love the concept of a true centrist party, but I fear that it would basically just peel off enough Democratic voters to make sure the now-uninhibited GQP wins constantly.
 
The fix is in...SCOTUS agrees to hear Trumps immunity case with arguments starting in late April...not good folks. This could/will likely push his
trial back even further...
 
Honestly it changes almost nothing unless you thought his trial and sentencing was going to be done before November.

Spoiler alert: its wasn't going to be.

It kinda does, because any court not in the bag for authoritarianism would have simply declined to even consider the case.

Especially since Dementia Donnie's lawyers in earlier cases were arguing the actions he took weren't as a president, but as a candidate for office.

No...of course not..wasn't surprised just one more thing that he gets a break on. And, they (SCOTUS) are in his pocket. What's obvious is
Trump has found, and created, his very own Roy Cohn, and its SCOTUS.

And good riddance Mitch McTraitor, er, McConnell, who set the wheels in motion in denying Barack Obama a SCOTUS pick.

NY doesn't seem to be going anywhere and we know Fanni won't drop hers. (and she isn't being removed)

Unfortunately, everything I've seen suggests Dump is unlikely to be sentenced to jail in NY (just fines and other sanctions), so it's all down to GA.
