Re: The 2016-17 Schedules Thread

The entire DU schedule was released today. I am on my phone on a train. I'll post the link later. DU hosts the Icebreaker at Magness with BC, OSU & AFA.

Edit: Just saw boblav1 posted the link.

Re: The 2016-17 Schedules Thread

I don't know the dates, but Maine and New Hampshire will be playing a pair of non-conference at Manchester and at Portland.

Re: The 2016-17 Schedules Thread

WMU is actually going to risk losing the Michigan Belt by playing in the GLI? I am amazed! :D

I was told that UMD will be at Lowell October 7 & 8. This is the return trip for Lowell heading out there this past season.

I apologize!! My source was wrong on the date, but is usually very good with knowing the correct opponents. This is why I usually just keep this info to my college hockey friends and myself.:o

October 7-8? or 14-15?

Re: The 2016-17 Schedules Thread

October 7-8? or 14-15?

The Maine series isn't going to be 14-15, as Nerd Wars (aka RPI v. RIT; too bad we can't have the version with Michigan Tech :(;)) is on the weekend of the 22nd, so the Hall of Fame game won't be that weekend. Also, although RPI prefers to tune up with an exhibition game and Maine hasn't done it in 5 years making it unlikely, October 1-2 is technically a possibility. Especially since I thought I read a musing on the RPI thread that the Hall of Fame Game might be on the weekend of the 8th.

Thanks. Maine has just three dates left to fill to get to 34.

Has anyone heard anything about the Hockey East conference schedule? The 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 schedules mirrored each other so I am assuming the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 schedules will also mirror each other. I don't see any games on the schedule so far that would contradict that.

I haven't seen anything yet, but if they've mirrored in paired years past, it wouldn't surprise me to see the same happen this year. I assume it's same teams, same dates, just with the venues flipped? If that's the case, at least they're going to change anyway with Notre Dame leaving for the Big Roll-a-D20... :p
