Folks, it's that time again. It's time to select the 2015 Poser of the Year! Or, as some like to call it, Flaggy's lame attempt to try to get himself off people's ignore lists. :p:D

I have been informed by the committee that they will be waiting until the real Selection Sunday to reveal the contestants and the first round brackets. Heck, I checked myself, and couldn't see past the smoke in the room. Priceless is this year's "defending champion", but has been mysteriously MIA. Did he post enough in 2015 to warrant selection? Will Old Pio posthumously "win" his final contest? Will FlagDUDE08 pull a Buffalo in the contest again? Will a newcomer make it to the top? It will all be decided in the coming weeks.

Unless the rules have changed, Priceless is eligible if he posted at any time in 2015. :p

At least he is still "with us", so that's good news. :) "Joint entries" are not considered, though, as the USCHO Posting Guidelines FAQ does state one username to a person.

Unfortunately, the committee chose to use Bangalore shippers and movers to send the brackets. Round 1 is up.

I thought that for a few of them too. At the same time, I know a few people have popped in for a single fly-by post a time or two last year. That said, I'm not researching this ****.

I'm still voting for Old Pio anyway. If this contest were branded, it should be re-branded as the "Old Pio Memorial Poser of the Year Contest."

This year it looks more like the poseur of the year, though....

Old Pio still qualifies, though. All you need to be an "active" poster for the purposes of the PotY is to have made at least one post during the year for the vote- 2015. He certainly did that.
