Stil can't see the Pats going all the way, but its now within the realm of possibility as the run D is playing a little better and the RB's are churning out hard yardage when they need to. This Pats team has a bit more toughness in the form of certain players (Talib, Blount, Mankins, etc) than it had in the past.
Also like that perhaps Indy gets sent to Denver while Cincy could come here with the way the seeding are playing out.

The Pats don't have anyone as good as McCoy but it is interesting to see an offense that is "wide open" yet leads the league in rushing. Yesterday the Pats had to stick with it and produced a great running game...right now seems to be the era of the OC that is "too smart" to run to ball often enough to be good at it...which creates stats that support not running the ball as much.
Andy Reid had this condition with the same team that just produced the NFL rushing leader. Brian Kelly at Notre Dame is another one, lip service to the running game while everyone is supposed to marvel at the passing game. Even when the QB is a rookie or a weak armed game manager, throw first and then justify not running the ball more by pointing at paltry running stats.

If the Colts make it to Denver, that's going to be a real interesting game, especially if its in bad weather. If they get KC or San Diego I think they win easily.

I think that the three playoff teams is a bit misleading; San Diego’s in because they’re the best mediocre team, and KC showed that their rise was largely due to the soft last-place schedule. San Diego is the only west coast game and actually the only game west of Kansas City. All in all, not a really tough schedule.

Andrew Luck is coming to town, not sure how he does in the cold but its apparent no lead is safe. I hope Talib is back to his week one self not his week 16 self. I don't believe Dennard practiced this week so the Pats will be banged up in the secondary, Luck could have a field day

He also scramble when he needs to. Not an easy game by any means but at least it is at home. I'm hoping Blount can have a big game and chew up the clock and keep the Colts off the field.

I would have preferred KC since their D is suspect since they racked up all their good numbers against bad teams. The Colts were my second choice. Cincy had a good D but it was their O-face that did them in.

he has them implanted in his thigh, a la Denzel in Safe House. Only one way to get them. And you guys thought Hernandez was there to play TE, shoulda seen what he kept in his hand warmer. He leaves, Talib shows up...don't worry, BB is safe.
I think it is funny they thought A) Branch was current enough to help B) they could play mind-games with the Jedi master himself. He probably told Branch* to offer his assistance and fill them with all kinds of bad info.

Mankins and Solder are studs. The Colts <i>know</i> they're going to run off left tackle and they can't do anything about it. Pats have broken their will. Now Mankins recovers a fumble -- doing everything. Maybe he'll punt and hold for place kicks next week.
