the call on brady when he didn't slide until it was too late was a joke. but without a doubt, how many game tying touchdowns called back because of offensive pi happen that they don't show a replay?
granted, some make up calls had to be made to try to give the appearance of equal awfulness. but the bag job was delivered today.

Forget the past...we're battling forces beyond our comprehension this week...we need a combination of Da Vinci code, tuck rule and the convict with the snow blower to go out to Denver and battle the force.
These are times that test men's souls, they should watch "Legion" on the flight out...best advice for the Pats, don't look right into his eyes...and try to hang 42 points on them before he can summon the angels.

I don't think Tebow is putting up a ton of points, so if the Pats can hang a 30 spot up there that should take care of the problem. Just don't let the game come down to field goal kickers. I don't ever recall a guy booting two 50+ yarders (including a 59 yarder) to tie up a game at the end of regulation and then win in OT.

Tebow has put points up on lousy Ds, who has a worse D than the Pats? Plus the Pats play like crap in Denver. I' think it will take more than 30

Tebow has put up small numbers of points against crappy D's...they just happened to give up very few as well. If the Pats get out ahead by a few scores then we find out A) Tebow really is the second coming OR B) he can't score 10 points in 4 minutes to win or tie if they are down by 24.

They had a little comparison on the first 11 starts for Tebow and Brady this morning on Sportscenter. Brady had better #s overall but not by much and they had identical 8-3 won loss records. Just like Al Davis liked to say "just win baby". All that matters is getting that win. Tebow is getting the job done for now, mostly on his ability to move around and escape pressured, but will he be a long term starter? That remains to be seen but he may have a field day against the Patriots D.

Also interesting is that by winning Tebow is ensuring that John Elway can't draft an elite franchise QB next spring. Had Elway benched him after the Detroit game, he could of gotten rid of him after the season. Now he is stuck for at least 1 more year.

Take out the pick 7 and he didn't. The purple people had 3 turnovers, Tebow and the Disciples had 336 yards and 22 min of possession.
I'm not saying they can't beat the pats, just that it isn't the same kind of team they normally beat.

I love this post. If any defense can make Tebow look like Aaron Rodgers, it's the Pats.
