Very well done. Part II is next Thursday.Apparently some guy followed the Pats around for a year and did a movie, starts tonight at 9pm on the NFL network
I like the trash talking with that dope from Baltimore, can you read the scoreboardVery well done. Part II is next Thursday.
At one point Belichick is on a media conference call, and he's casually eating his dinner while reporters are firing away with stupid questions. He's on autopilot and doesn't even bother to come up with something funny to say when a reporter asks him if anyone has ever kissed his rings. Instead he just shakes his head and replies, "No, I don't think so," with a bit of a smirk.
Agreed. There have already been 3-4 times this year where he's had the coverage but doesn't make the play on the ball correctly (aka "The Darius Butler"). Those plays were few and far between last year.Regarding McCourty, he doesn't seem to be following the ball as much this year. Instead he's face guarding receivers. I expect him to improve but its taking a little while to shake the rust off. He'd better be back to last year's level in time for that Jets game.
It's always tough to tell on TV, but it seems to me McCourty is in man-to-man more than I've seen any NE CB in years. It actually seems like he's getting less safety help than Revis in the two games I've seen each team play.
I expect a couple roster moves this week, with Koppen and Wendell out on the OL, Wright out indefinitely, Hernandez expected to miss several weeks, a couple of guys in the secondary banged up, and Mesko hurt. At the very least they'll need someone who can punt if Mesko can't go.
Dan Koppen and Myron Pryor to IR.
