The second base umpire called Ellsbury out earlier and MacDonald to end the game. Both calls were terrible and would have changed the game. I think Orsillo's point was that when you're winning, those calls will go your way, when you're losing they go against you.

when they are the right call, they also tend to go against you.

Who's in favor of having Tek start every other game? I mean come on? Salty needs to watch and learn from Tek on how to call a game. Neither one can hit so why not have tek in there a little more until salty can understand the game and the staff?

I agree 100%. Tek also usually starts the season strong. I feel he should be getting the vast majority of the starts until Salty gets comfortable.
